George Wesley Chapman's Obituary
CHAPMAN, GEORGE WESLEY Born January 30, 1937 in Lawrence, Kansas, passed away January 15, 2011 in Kerrville, Texas.George is survived by five children, Cathe Abercrombie, Susan Ference, James Chapman, Richard Chapman and Linda Kane along with seven grandchildren and four great grandchildren. Hank graduated from Allen Military Academy in 1956 and received his BBA from North Texas State University in 1958. He then served in the US Army as a commissioned officer. He was a contractor in Dallas with his father George retiring in 1983. He was alife long member of the Masonic Lodge, a Master Mason and a Scottish Rite Mason and a member of the Knight’s of Columbus. Hank lived in Spain for over thirty years and enjoyed taking long walks by the sea. He was dearly loved by all his children and will be greatly missed. Service will be held at 12:30pm on Friday, January 21, 2011 at Restland Wildwood Chapel.
