I will pray for George's soul to rest in peace. I was a classmate of Julie's at St. Paul's. I really knew George more in his later years, when he lived in Fort Worth. I would see him volunteering at the Youth 2000 retreats at Nolan Catholic High School. His Catholic faith was important to him, and he wanted to spread it to others. May his family know the peace of Jesus that passes understanding.

George took a big chance on me back in 1985 when I was 34 years old by hiring me as part of the sales management succession team for Rice-Christ, Inc.
My family and I will be forever grateful, and the vision he had then to look to the future is still in full force today. His legacy, Rice-Christ, Inc., Manufacturer's Rep Agency, is a national leader in it's field, and is bigger and stronger than ever.
