George Jackson Dorris Jr.'s Obituary
DORRIS, JR., GEORGE “JACK” Passed away October 17, 2007 at his home in Richardson with his family present. He was born in Pasadena, TX on October 29, 1927. He attended school in Pasadena and after graduation joined the Naval Air Force. He attended flight training in Grand Prairie, TX. He then went to Texas A&M where he received his degree in Electrical Engineering. He worked for Westinghouse and Mobil Pipe Line. He is survived by his wife Bonnie of 27 years; son, Robert and wife Christine; daughters, Gwen Dorris, Nancy Crow and Donna Stowell; three granchildren, Caleb Crow, Dana Crow and Anthony Stowell. Visitation will be 6-8 PM, Friday, October 19, 2007 at Restland Funeral Home. Services will be 10:00 AM, October 20, 2007 at Restland Wildwood Chapel. Interment to follow at Restland Abbey Mausoleum. The family extends their heartfelt appreciation to the wonderful caregivers who attended to Jack.
