George Andrew Fullington, Sr., age 90, was born to parents Fred Sherman Fullington and Dessie Mae Ruff in Dallas, Texas on November 10, 1927. He passed away on Monday, April 23, 2018 in Tyler, Texas. George is survived by his wife, Johnnie Kent; daughter, Sharon Fullington; son, George Fullington, Jr.; three step-sons, Eddie Smith, George Kent, and Robert Kent; 10 grandchildren; 18 great grandchildren; sister, Helen Boss; brother, Arthur E. Fullington. He will be deeply missed by his family, his friends, and all who knew and loved him.The family requests that visiting hours for George be observed on Thursday, April 26, 2018 from 6:00 to 8:00 PM at Restland Funeral Home. A funeral service for Mr. Fullington will be on Friday, April 27, 2018 at 10:00 AM in the Wildwood Chapel at Restland Funeral Home. Graveside service will take place at 4:00 PM on Friday, April 27 at Starrsville Cemetery in Winona, Texas.Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Restland Funeral Home and Cemetery, 13005 Greenville Avenue, at Restland Road, Dallas, Texas 75243.
