George Galindo's Obituary
George Galindo, age 41, went to be with his Lord on November 11, 2023. He was born on April 25, 1982, in Dallas, Texas to the loving parents Augusto and Elodia Galindo.
George was preceded in death by his father Augusto Galindo. He is survived by his son Marc A. Galindo; mother Luisa Galindo; and sisters Judy Galindo, Jadi Galindo, Julie Galindo, and Pati Galindo as well as brothers-in-law Michael Flores, Ivan Rodriguez and Alfredo Duran.
George was a generous soul with a kind heart who was always looking out for others before himself. He had an infectious sense of humor that brought joy to everyone he met and he was an intelligent person who always wanted to learn new things. His hobbies included reading books, football, music and basketball - he was a huge fan of the Dallas Mavericks!
He also had a successful career history in hospitality.
George will be remembered fondly for his selfless nature and generosity that he shared with those around him. He will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him.
A visitation will be held on Thursday, November 16, 2023, from 5PM to 8PM at Restland Funeral Home, 13005 Greenville Ave., Dallas, TX 75243. Funeral service will be held the following day beginning at 10 AM, Friday, November 17, 2023, at Restland Memorial Chapel, 13005 Greenville Ave., Dallas, TX 75243. A short break will follow where everyone will meet at Calvary Hill Cemetery at 3PM for burial, 3235 Lombardy Ln., Dallas, TX 75220.
