George Max Kervin's Obituary
George Max Kervin, age 84, passed away on December 5, 2017 in Red Oak, Texas. He was born to D.D. Kervin and Velma Tisdale on February 22, 1933 in Hattiesburg, Mississippi. George retired from the City of Dallas, after 35 years of working with “Dart”. He served in the Air Force, during the Korean Conflict. George is survived by his loving wife of over 51 years, Sally, daughters, Debra O’Hara, and husband Joe; Brenda Sapp, and husband Bret; Dana Hall, and husband Lonnie; son Eddie Smith, and wife Kellie, as well as 8 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his son, George Kervin, Jr. George will be missed by all knew him.There will be a funeral service on Friday, December 8, 2017 beginning at 10:00AM at Farley Street Baptist Church, located at 1116 Brown Street, Waxahachie, Texas 76165, with Pastor’s Richard Smith and Jerry Burnman officiating.In lieu of flowers, please make donations to the Alzheimer’s Association.
