George Augustus Landrum's Obituary
Born December 22, 1928 in Beaumont, Texas; passed away May 5, 2009 in Carrollton, Texas. George worked for many years in the printing department for The Houston Chronical; he is a member of the Baptist church, and a veteran of the United States Marine Corps. He is preceded in death by his parents, Elbert and Ethel Landrum. George is survived by his loving wife, Dolores Landrum; sons, Glenn and Gordon Landrum, Dean Lowrey Blackmor; daughters, Sabrina Searcy and Tara Trate; as well as several grandchildren and great-grandchildren. A graveside service will be held in George’s honor at 3:00 pm, Friday, May 8, 2009 in Restland Memorial Park, Garden of Faith.
