Carol and I maintained nearly 30 years of friendship through cards and letter writing. Her continual reminders of God's love strengthened my own faith. Her encouragement, her letters and beautiful cards, and words of wisdom throughout so many of life's ups and downs carried me through and informed many of my decisions. I already miss seeing her notes in my mailbox. I know she is where she needs to be now, though, and is likely still showering love down on all of us.

I am so sorry to learn of Carol's passing. She was a remarkable woman. Even through the saddest and darkest times, she inspired me with her unwavering faith. She was kindness personified and her smile was contagious. Carol, I will miss you. Until we meet again, rest in peace.

Carol Holliday was a faithful member of the Marcia Mootz's Circle Ladies Bible Study at Park Cities Baptist Church. Carol's faith in Jesus Christ, her Savior and Lord, was inspiring through difficult trials in her life. She was such a kind encourager to me and prayed for my family. Our circle leader Marcia has been
a devoted friend and powerful prayer warrior to Carol and brought hope and love during her illness. We loved her and rejoice knowing that she is free from
suffering and wholly healed in heaven

Frequently, Carol and I would meet over coffee to share our faith and love of Jesus. I will miss those long conversations, her hand-written notes of encouragement, and early morning phone calls.
