KELLEY, GEORGIA “CAROL” passed away on November 28, 2013 in Garland, Texas surrounded by her loving family. Carol was born on February 9, 1940 in Dallas to George and Lillian Talley. She is survived by her children, daughter, Kathy Pena; son, Darren McWhirter and wife, Karen; daughter, Jeanna Jackson; grandsons, Danny Rounsavall, Justin Rounsavall, Dr. Ryan Balogh; brothers, Clyde Talley and wife, Paula, Jerry Talley and wife, Barbara; and nephews, Doug Talley, Chris Talley, and Craig Talley. Family will receive friends from 5:00-7:00 PM on Sunday, December 1, 2013 at Restland Funeral Home. Funeral Services will be held at 3:00 PM on Monday, December 2, 2013 at Restland Abbey Chapel.
