Georgie Gladys Doss' Obituary
Was born in Honey Grove, Texas on October 24, 1913 to Russell Mason Marsh and Mary Alma Marsh. She went home to Jesus, and her beloved husband Harold Clanton Doss who proceeded her in death, on March 17, 2008 in Celina, Texas. She spent her childhood in Celina, Texas, graduating from high school there. Gladys traveled to Dallas where she became a secretary for Remington Rand and where she met and married Harold Clanton Doss on March 25, 1945. They lived and worked in Dallas for over 30 years. She moved to Frisco, Texas in 1983 to be closer to family. She passed away peacefully in Celina, Texas March 17, 2008 at the age of 94, completing her journey back home. She is survived by cousins, Mr. and Mrs. Paul Burrow; god-daughter, Melina Carrell and husband Brandon; great-god children Shianne Wilson, Austin Wilson, Dakota Wilson; god-son, Paul Justin Burrow; Mr. and Mrs. Jim Monroe (cousin). Gone but not forgotten. Funeral services and interment at Restland Memorial Park Thursday March 20, 2008 at 10:30AM.
