Born on October 20, 1938 in Buffalo, NY and passed away on January 6, 2008 in Richardson, TX. A longtime resident of West Falls, NY, Gerald was often seen taking care of his Christmas trees that he farmed for many years. He is survived by his wife, Barbara Ann Smith; 2 sons, Keith M. Smith and wife, Susan, and Timothy W. Smith; grandchildren, Nicole, Andrew, Kristin, Collin and Alec; sister, Susan Paul; 2 brothers, Larry and Norman Smith. A small memorial service will be held at 2PM on Saturday January 12, 2008 at the El Dorado Retirement Community, 714 W. Arapaho, Richardson.
