Born April 24, 1920 in Adamsville, Ohio to Wilber and Pearl Swope and passed away March 6, 2015 in Dallas, Texas. Gerald is survived by his sons, Alan Swope and wife, Holly, Dale Swope and wife, Karen; and by his granddaughter, Lindsey Swope. Gerald’s family will receive friends friends from 6:00-8:00 pm on Wednesday, March 11, 2015 at Restland Funeral Home. A Memorial Service will be held at 11:00 am on Thursday, March 12, 2015 at The Memorial Chapel at Restland Funeral Home in loving memory of Gerald. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Restland Funeral Home and Memorial Park, 13005 Greenville Avenue, Dallas, TX 75243.
