Burris, Geraldine Simpson Preceded in death by her husband of fifty-nine years, Bill H. Burris. She is survived by her loving children, Vicki Burris Dolton and husband, Chris, Bill H. Burris and wife, Marilyn, Nancy Burris Sloan and husband, Don; grandchildren, Aaron Dolton, Adam Dolton, Blake Dolton, Ben Burris, Sam Burris, Rebecca Sloan Woolfolk, Will Sloan, and Michael Sloan; brother, William H. Simpson and wife, Janet of Horseshoe Bay, Texas. Family will receive friends on March 31, 2014 from 6:00 to 8:00 PM at Restland Funeral Home. Service will be held on April 1, 2014 at 3:00 PM at Restland Wildwood Chapel. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association.
