Gholam Nematipour's Obituary
Dr. Gholam Nematipour, 65, passed away peacefully on Sunday, April 7, 2019, in Dallas, Texas. He was born on Sunday, November 22, 1953 to his loving and thoughtful parents, Mahmoud Nemati and Amaneh Roshandel in Iran.On March 26, 1979 he married his loving wife Azam in Iran. Dr. Nematipour obtained his Ph.D. in Aquaculture in Japan in 1990. He wrote over 20 publications specializing in fish nutrition that are currently being utilized in various universities. He and his wife moved to the United States in 1990 to be closer to family and had their beautiful daughter, Ida, in 1991.Dr. Nematipour will be sincerely missed by his loving family, his devoted friends, and all the wonderful individuals who knew and loved him. He loved his family and friends dearly. He was a humble man with a big heart. He had a beautiful smile and contagious laugh. His sense of humor healed the heart. His knowledge of worldly events enlightened others. He touched many with his charismatic and generous personality.He is survived by his wife Azam; daughter, Ida; mother, Amaneh; sister, Shahnaz; his two brothers, Ahmad and Ali; as well as many nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
