Godly, Loving, and devoted husband, father, brother, and grandpa, nickname “Pops”. Humble, hard working and skilled craftman. He will be greatly missed. Preceded in death by mother, Lerado; father, Ferman; brothers, Cody Joe, Marcod, Tim. Survived by wife, Lois Ann; sons, Dewayne, Anthony, Jeremy; brothers, Johnny, Marcos, Margarito, Roberto, sister, Guadalupe; children by marriage, James, Karri Ann, Steven; 19 grandchildren and one on the way!pets, Riley, Michael and Tinkerbell. The visitation for Gilbert Alcantar will be from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM, Thursday, March 5, 2015 at Restland Funeral Home. The service for Gilbert will be held on Friday, March 6, 2015 at 10:00 AM in The Wildwood Chapel at Restland Funeral Home. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Restland Funeral Home and Memorial Park, 13005 Greenville Avenue, at Restland Road, Dallas, TX 75243.
