STERLING, GILBERT JAMES Born February 14, 1957 in Washington, DC and passed away February 29, 2012 in Jourdanton, Texas. Gilbert is survived by his wife, Shirley Sterling; sons, Steven Sterling, Christopher Sterling, Ronald Sterling; daughter, Stephanie Sterling; parents, Ronald and Anne Sterling; brother, Bruce Sterling and wife Lori; sister, Veronica Clark and husband Ken; 1 grandson; and 2 granddaughters. Family will receive friends from 6:00-8:00pm on Monday, March 5th at Restland Funeral Home. Services will be held at 2:15pm on Tuesday, March 6th at DFW National Cemetery in Dallas.
