Gisela Marita Hudson's Obituary
Born in Ostroda, East Prussia on May 16, 1939, passed away Monday, February 6, 2017. Gisela Marita Hudson was a dedicated wife and mother to her daughters and a friend to so many. As a young woman, she was a retail professional by trade, working in bakeries in Germany before coming to the United States in 1969. During her marriage of almost 50 years to her husband Bill, while raising her family, she also worked in the electronics industry at SCS in Garland and Collins Radio in Richardson. From a young age, Gisela also had a tremendous love for dolls. She had a large collection and always enjoyed fixing and dressing them as a hobby. Gisela is preceded in death by her parents Hildegard and Otto Petereit and her daughter Donna Hudson. She is survived by her husband William G, (Bill) Hudson of Garland, her daughter Angela (Angie) Robinson and son-in-law Allen Robinson of Rowlett, her brother Heinz (Peter) Petereit and sister-in-law Sabina Petereit of Heidelberg, Germany, and nephews Michael and Thomas Petereit.
