Gladys Gunter's Obituary
Gladys Levi Gunter was born on October 21, 1931in Alba, Texas to Earl Antoin and Myrtle Adams Levi. She passed away peacefully at the age of 86 on June 8, 2018. She was a longtime member of Orchard Hills Baptist Church in Garland. She loved Jesus and wanted others to know him as their Savior. She was preceded in death by her husband Alton R. Gunter and six brothers and sisters. Gladys was survived by her son, Mark Alton, daughter-in-law Kathleen, and grandchildren Clint and Starla, and many nieces and nephews.The family will receive guest on the evening of Sunday, June 10, 2018, from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Restland Funeral Home. A graveside service to celebrate Gladys’s life will be held on Monday, June 11, 2018, at 2:00 PM in the good shepherd garden at Restland Funeral Home and Memorial Park.Funeral arrangements for Mrs. Gladys Gunter have been faithfully entrusted to Restland Funeral Home and Cemetery, which is located at 13005 Greenville Ave., at the intersection of Restland Road, Dallas, Texas 75243, and can be reached at (972) 238-7111.
