Asleep in Jesus on September 21, 2008. A child of God since birth. Born in St. Louis, MO on January 22, 1923 to Walter and Emilie Wierhake. Preceded in death by parents and her beloved husband, Herman E. Sonntag. Loving mother of Alan W. Sonntag of Austin, Joyce A. Davidson of Dallas, dear mother-in-law of Peggy J. Sonntag, dear aunt, cousin and friend. A faithful member of Holy Cross Lutheran Church of Dallas, TX, she was a member of Bible classes, enjoyed the Prime Time Club, the Women’s Auxiliary and honorary member of Mack Truck Southwestern Golden Bull Dogs.
