Glenda J. Priolo's Obituary
Glenda J. Priolo, a long time resident of Dallas, Texas and previous resident of Amarillo, Texas died Tuesday the 1st of December in her home in Tyler, Texas. Born June 17, 1939 in Amarillo, Texas, Glenda received her Bachelor of Science degree from West Texas State University and taught school for many years in the Amarillo and Dallas areas. She was a member of the Dallas Theater Center. She is survived by her sister Judy Rohrbacher of Southhaven, MS, two daughters, Aimee Perri of Nashville, TN and Stephanie Nickel of Tyler, TX and her eight grandchildren, all who brought great joy to her in her later years. She is preceded in death by her husband, Toby A. Priolo. Glenda grew up, married Toby and raised her girls in Amarillo. She and Toby moved the family to Dallas in 1987. Glenda was a member of St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Amarillo and All Saints Catholic Church in Dallas. She had a love for the Arts and was an active guild member of the Lone Star Ballet in Amarillo then later served on the Dallas Theater Center guild. She enjoyed reading, playing cards with her friends and attending the theater. She particularly cherished times spent with her daughters and watching her grandchildren grow up. She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother and a dear friend to many. Services will be held at 12p.m., Saturday, December 5 at Restland Abbey Chapel in Dallas, TX , burial immediately following.
