So sorry to hear about Uncle Glen. He always made us feel so welcome when we visited Uncle Bill and all his family. Our prayers and thoughts are with you all. Love, Sandy and family
Our deepest condolences to you and Anibal on the birth to eternal life of your father. I remember him as an open minded person, accepting of all, caring and loving of all people. He is a great example of how to love your neighbor as yourself. I will treasure that lesson from him forever. Peace and Love Alberto and Mary
Some of my best memories in Dallas were with Glen, wether we were sharing a nice glass of scotch or just talking about The Cowboys, it was always lively and positive. Glen always made one feel like the most important person in the room. A true gentleman and a great friend. We will miss you. Armando and Patti Hernandez
I've know Glenn and his family since I was an infant and I mean that quite literally. My Mom and Glenda's Mom use to put us in cribs together and that's where the memories began. Glenn and Nelle have been extraordinarily accepting and generous in my lifetime. Along with their daughter, Glenda and later in life, Anibal – I was welcomed into their home as one of their own in many ways. I will always be grateful for all the marvelous things the Amon family has done for me and my family. Above all, I cherish the friendship that prevailed for over half a century. Glenn Amon … a true, honorable and loving man of God. May you rest in Peace, Glenn.
We will miss you so much PaPa Glenn! Thank you for all your advice and wisdom throughout the years. We couldn't have asked for a better example to our children of how to lead a caring and loving life. You have been an inspiration to our family and we feel so incredibly lucky to have known you. You will forever be in our hearts and when Brooklyn is older we will tell her how her PaPa Glenn renamed her "Brooksey". We Love You!
The "Big Guy" will be remembered in my heart as one of the most loving and giving person I've had the honor to have known. I will miss our talks, football games on TV and especially your laugh when I told you a joke. Until we see each other again I will try to lead by your example. Vaya con Dios. Your Little Buddy George
Uncle Glenn was a true gentleman and scholar! He was the most patient person I think I have ever known. Always dressed to the "T" and never to busy to talk to the kids and make them feel welcome. I can only imagine how much brighter heaven must be with his presence!
We will always remember the great loving memories Glenn left us with. Those special gatherings during the holidays, allowing us to call him Dad, invade the house to decorate for Christmas and to just be together laughing and sharing stories. Your our shining star now watching over all of us. RIP. Much love to the family.
After not seeing Glenn for 16 years, it was so reassuring to hear his deep voice calling me Feeesh. I will always remember his sense of humor, his laugh, and his love for his family.
Mercedes, Sarah, Hector and I are so sorry to hear that your dad has passed on. While we will not be able to attend the ceremony, we will be with you in sprit. Life is a precious gift. Losing a parent is one of life's greatest losses. We send our love to you and your family and hope that in your sorrow you will find the peace that your father has won. You and your family are in our thoughts and prayers. With deepest sympathy, The Santiago Family
