Mr. Glenn Edward Thompson's Obituary
THOMPSON, GLENN EDWARD born June 1, 1936 in Indianapolis, IN and passed away September 7, 2007 in Mesquite, TX. He is survived by his wife, Olivea; sons, Mark Edwards and wife, Senyah, Mike Overholser and wife, Linda, and David Thompson and wife, Pamela; daughters, Tereasa Austin, and Darla Thompson; 14 grandchildren; and 21 great-grandchildren. Glenn was a beloved father, grandfather, great-grandfather, and friend. His life was devoted to law enforcement with the Dallas Police Department and Dallas County Sheriffs Department. In his retirement, he made pocket knives. Visitation will be Tuesday, September 11, 2007 from 6:00-8:00 pm at Restland Funeral Home. Graveside service will 10:30 am, Wednesday, September 12, 2007 in Restland Memorial Park.
