Glynna Herbold's Obituary
Glynna Herbold peacefully passed away Monday, November 11th in her home in Rowlett Texas at the age of 94. Glynna was born August 23, 1930 to Rosalie & Ernest Monday in Commerce, Texas. Glynna was a daughter, sister, wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, great-great grandmother, and friend who touched the lives of many with her loving nature. Glynna lived a life filled with love, generosity, and a commitment to helping others. Glynna was a member of the Red Hat Society and not only had a love for line dancing, but teaching it as well at the Garland Community Center. Glynna worked many years as a Secretary for Morman Motors/Space Corp. in Garland, Texas.
Glynna is survived by her Sons Kirby Smith (Sandi) of Rowlett, TX, and Kyle Herbold (Greg) of Stockton, CA. Grandchildren: Glynn Smith (Kathleen) of McKinney, TX, Bryan Smith of Rockwall, TX, Stacy Smith Perison (Jeremy) of Rowlett, TX, Nikki Perison of Rowlett, TX, Kimberly Morale (Matt) of Royce City, TX, Callie Harper Herbold of Stockton, CA, Nadia Harper Herbold of Stockton, CA. Great Grandchildren: William Smith (Brett), Kate Smith, Devyn Shea (Caden), Amberly Smith, Jayme Smith, Brice Hardwick, Reid Perison, Jaylyn Perison, Jax Perison, Clark Morale, Kolton Morale. Great-Great Grandson:
Judah Shea Brother Bob Monday, Sister-in-law Norma Monday and Niece Kim Monday Lewis (Dave), and James Monday.
Glynna is preceded in death by her husband Sonny Herbold of 60 years, Parents Rosalie and Ernest Monday, and Great-Great Grandson Japser Shea.
Pallbearers: Bryan Smith, Jeremy Perison, Matt Morale, Robert Fowler, Jax Perison and Brice Hardwick.
Officiating services will be Pastor Steve Leatherwood.
Visitation of family and friends will take place Monday, November 18th at 9:30am with services to follow at 10:30am in the Wildwood Chapel at Restland Funeral Home 13005 S. Greenville Ave Dallas TX 75243
