Born January 9, 1922 in Farmersville, Texas and passed away January 1, 2016 in Richardson, Texas. Preceded in death by his wife, Oline Bowers. Survived by daughters, Sandra Bowers Newman and Paula Bowers Rogers. Services will take place at 3:00 pm, Tuesday, January 5, 2016 at Restland Wildwood Chapel with visitation one hour prior in the chapel. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Restland Funeral Home and Memorial Park, 13005 Greenville Avenue, Dallas, TX 75243.
