Gordon K. Carver's Obituary
Born on Nov. 12th 1916 in Oklahoma and passed away on Dec. 7th 2008 at his home in Garland ,Texas. Gordon lived in Ryan, Oklahoma along with his wife Eula and their three children. He served his country in WWII and moved his family to Duncan, Okla after his service ended. Gordon was a business owner in Duncan until 1974 when he moved to Wichita Falls, Texas, where he continued in business until he retired in 1981. Gordon moved to Garland, Texas in 2000 to be near his children. He was preceded in death by his wife, Eula Carver, son, Gordon Kenneth Carver Jr., sister, Alta Ruth Eckleberry, brothers, Aubrey and John Carver, granddaughter, Monica Lynn Carver and grandson Terry Jay Dunham. Gordon is survived by his children, Kay Carver and Richard Carver, sister, Edith Ann Carver, grandchildren John, Nathan, Jennifer Carver and Robert Cain. His Family and friends will be having a Memorial on Jan 3, 2009 to honor a wonderful husband, father, friend and patriot. The family will have a private inurnment.
