Gordon K. Clark's Obituary
Gordon Kent Clark of Richardson. Born April 10, 1925 to Thomas F. and Laurel L. Clark of Murdock, Kansas. He is preceded in death by his loving wife, Treyonne Latimer Clark and sister, Lillian Ramsdale. He is survived by sister Margaret and her husband, Paul H. Dygard, brother-in-law, John M. Ramsdale, many nieces and nephews as well numerous cherished relatives, friends, and neighbors. Gordon served in the Army Air Corps during World War II. He worked ten years for the Petty Geophysical Engineering Company doing oil exploration in Arkansas, Florida, Louisiana, Texas, Venezuela and Cuba. Gordon spent thirty- three years employed by Texas Instruments in many positions, lastly as a purchasing agent. In his retirement, he volunteered at Network Ministries of Richardson, Baylor Medical Center at Dallas and Baylor Regional Medical Center at Plano. Gordon was a devoted member of St. Barnabas Presbyterian Church where her served as an elder. A memorial service will be held at St. Barnabas Presbyterian Church in Richardson with the Reverends Thomas C. Gibbons, and Claire A. Morris officiating. A private interment at Restland Memorial Park will take place prior to service. In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate donations to the St. Barnabas Presbyterian Church- Organ Fund, 1220 W. Beltline Road, Richardson, Texas 75080.
