Gordon Melvin Martin Jr.'s Obituary
MARTIN, GORDON M. Born June 30, 1938 and passed away July 12, 2008 in Dallas, TX. Gordon was a member of S.M.U. Retirees Assoc., Oak Cliff Masonic Lodge, Scottish Rite, Hella Temple and Highland Park United Methodist Church. He attended Woodrow Wilson High School, graduated from Sam Houston State University. He retired from the campus police department of S.M.U. after 31 ‘ years. Survived by wife, Judy Martin; daughter and son-in-law, Leanne and Tim Hoogland; grandchildren, Case, Bailey and Harper; brother, Roland Martin, Sr. and numerous other relatives. Graveside service will be 10:00 AM, Tuesday, July 15, 2008 in Restland Memorial Park with visitation from 9-10 AM at the graveside.
