Grace Houser's Obituary
HOUSER, GRACE RUMFIELD Born May 5, 1923 went home February 20, 2007 to be with her Lord. She was a loving a devoted mother who cared for her mentally challenged son until his death. She was preceded in death by her husband, Claude Raymond Houser; son, Jan Lee Houser; and sister, Betty Williams. Survived by her daughter, Claudia Coleman and husband Stephen Coleman; granddaughters, Tiffany Cook and Misty Johnson; and great grandson, Thomas Johnson. Also survived by her sisters, Billie Whorton, Vera Holt, Inez Burkholder, and Mary Jane Rumfield; brother Johnny Rumfield; and numerous nieces and nephews. She was a strong believer in God and family. Her granddaughters remember her teaching them to cook and singing old hymns that she loved especially “Amazing Grace”. She will be truly missed by all who knew her. Family will receive friends 6-8 PM Friday February 23, 2007. Service will be held 1:00 PM Saturday, February 24, 2007 at Restland Abbey Chapel. Interment to follow Restland Memorial Park
