Grace Melick's Obituary
MELICK, GRACE NELSON EMBREY born July 31, 1929 in Memphis, TN and passed away August 12, 2013 in Dallas, TX. She was preceded in death by her husband, Bob Melick and ex-husband, Lindsay Embrey. Grace is survived by her daughters, Gayle and Lauren Embrey; and her grandsons, Jeffery and Lindsay Harwell. She was a beautiful and elegant woman who had many friends. Her loves were San Francisco, reading, dogs and nice dinners with close friends and family. Her very favorite was her daughters and grandsons. Grace was an amazing storyteller. She kept her wit and humor up until the very end. She will be greatly missed. Private services to be held at Church of the Transfiguration, Dallas, TX. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Stray Dog in Gun Barrel City, www.straydog.org.
