Gracie May Akins' Obituary
Gracie May Akins was born on May 11, 1925 in Wheatland, Texas and passed away on February 2, 2015 in Red Oak, Texas. She is preceded in death by her sisters, Louise Rousseau and Stella Webb; brother, Curtis Evans; and her loving parents. She is also preceded in death by her two triplet sisters, Gertrude Wall and Gladys Bradshaw. She is survived by her one son, Billy Joe and wife, Marilyn Akins; stepson, Robby and wife, Cindy; the love of her life for thirty years, Ralph Day; 5 grandchildren, and 6 great grandchildren. Grace was a people person, and loved to help anyone she could. The visitation for Gracie Akins will be held on Wednesday, February 4, 2015 from 6:00pm-8:00pm at Restland Funeral Home. The service for Gracie Akins will be held on Thursday, February 5, 2015 at 11:00am at Restland Memorial Park.
