Mr. Granville Durbin Toogood's Obituary
TOOGOOD, G. DURBIN a native Dallasite, born on August 3, 1925; passed away Wednesday, December 26, 2007. A retired employee of the Buick Division of General Motors who remained active in the automobile industry until his death. Survived by daughter and son-in-law, Pamela and Michael Horvath; son and daughter-in-law, Ed and Cheri Toogood; and son, John Toogood; grandsons, Sheridan and Brent & Marsha Stein, Brian & Amanda and Keith & Brandi Toogood; great-grandchildren, Tanner and Ashleigh Stein and Brynlee Toogood; brother and sister-in-law, W.E. and Josie Toogood; longtime devoted friend, Doris Bernhardt and family, Tammy Bernhardt Cordova and grandson, Christopher Cordova, daughter, Julia Bernhardt Faulks and husband Michael; and numerous nieces, nephews and friends. Visitation will be held from 6:00-8:30 PM Friday, December 28th at Restland Funeral Home. Rosary and funeral Mass will be held at Christ the King Catholic Church, 8017 Preston Rd., Dallas, TX 75225 on Saturday, December 29th at 10:30 AM by Father Tim Gollob.
