Gurdial Singh Bassi, 66, of Richardson Tx, passed away Sunday Sept 1, 2024, he was an affectionate, dedicated, and hardworking individual who always put the needs of others ahead of his own. Gurdial was a member of the Sikh community who was always ready to lend a helping hand and offer words of comfort to anyone in need. He was willing to do any work that allowed him to pursue his business-minded ambitions. He was a resilient man who never let small obstacles stop him from achieving his goals through perseverance and struggle. He was a fighter who remained focused on his aspirations. He will be dearly remembered and missed as a great son, father, and friend.
Gurdial Singh Bassi came to the United States in 1984 with a dream of working a job and eventually owning his own business. He was very successful in all his journeys for his family, making numerous sacrifices to keep them together and provide for them. Life was challenging at times, but he persevered with the strength and health given by Waheguru. He was well known in the Sikh community for his good deeds and assistance during any crisis, always ready to help at any moment. He will remain in the hearts of his family, friends, and all those who were honored to have known him.
He is survived by his wife, Gursharan Kaur, and his four children: Parvinder Kaur, Taranjit Kaur, Kaljit Kaur, and Tejinder Singh Bassi.
