Guy Edward Dodge Jr, 81 years old, of Dallas, Texas, passed away on Nov 19, 2016, of stage 4 cancer. The funeral service will be held at burial site at Restland Cemetery at a date to be announced. Guy E. Dodge Jr was born in Oklahoma on Aug 5, 1935. He was married to Evelyn Michael on June 12, 1955; they were married 48 years. Guy worked as a United Stated Postal Service for 32 years. He went to work for USPS after serving in the United States Marine Corps in the Korean War. He enjoyed his grand child and spend most of his free time with them. Guy is survived by sons, Charles and Kenneth Dodge; grandchildren, Dustun Crocker, Samantha, Amanda, and Cameron Dodge; daughter-in-law, Amber Crocker, and son-in-law Thomas Roscovius. Guy was preceded in death by wife, Evelyn Dodge, son, Michael Dodge, and daughter, Tina Dodge; brothers Bill and Ralph Dodge. Family will receive visitors on Saturday November 26, 2016 from 5:00 – 8:00 P.M. at Restland Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be given to America Cancer Society in Guy Dodge’s name.
