Kevin was such a joy to work with at Plano ISD. Our very first memories of him are as .
our daughter's band director at Williams High School in PISD. We were band booster parents and chaperons on a trip to Galveston. We happened to be on Kevin's bus. We have talked through the years about his patience with the kids. We have laughed about how many times we heard Mr. Lyons said on that trip. He never got upset or short with the kids. I was privileged to work with him in his administrator roles for several years as well. Always friendly and happy to see me. We are so sorry to hear of his passing way to soon from this earth. Our deepest sympathy to his family. He was a real treasure of an individual.
