Survivors include his wife, Bich Huyen Thi Nguyen; his daughters, Rosalynn Ly, Dayna Ly, Vivian Ly; and his daughter, Adrienne Ly. Family will receive friends from 3:00-5:00 pm on Thursday, February 12, 2015 at Restland Funeral Home. Services for Hai Phuoc Ly will take place at 9:00 am on Friday, February 13, 2015. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Restland Funeral Home and Memorial Park, 13005 Greenville Avenue, Dallas, TX 75243.
