MARTIN, HALL TALMADGE of Dallas, age 81, passed into the presence of our Lord on October 27, 2012. Born June 21, 1931 in Ontario, Canada. He retired as a Colonel from the USAFR. During his career he received numerous military decorations, including the Legion of Merit. He was a graduate of Southwest Texas State University with a B.S. He retired in the Elder Law and Public Health Division of the Attorney General’s Office. He was a committed and active Deacon at FBC Dallas for 30 years. Hall was a man of great stature physically along with a larger than life personality. When he entered into a room Hall believed everyone was important enough to learn their name and strived to make others laugh. Martin II of Austin and Sharon & Mark Benson of Austin; and his sister Audrey Sheets of Florida. Hall was PaPa to six grandchildren: Catherine White, Martin White, Lili Martin, Rachel Benson, John Benson & Drew Benson.
