Hanh Thi Luong was born to Bay Van Luong and Xuyen Thi Doan on June 27, 1945, in South Vietnam and passed away on October 13, 2017, in Dallas, Texas.She is survived by her family and friends.Ms. Luong’s body will be returned to her homeland of South Vietnam for services there. No services are planned in the U.S. at this time.Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Restland Funeral Home and Memorial Park, 13005 Greenville Avenue, Dallas, TX 75243.
