SKAGGS, HARLAN ANTHONY born June 9, 1924 in Gas City, OK and passed away May 26, 2014 in Denton, TX. He is survived by his wife, Shirley Skaggs; daughters, Donna Skaggs and Claudia Sweeney; son, Larry Skaggs and wife, Kimberly Kay; grandson, Heath Skaggs and wife, Stefany and 2 step-great grandchildren. Visitation will be from 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM, Friday, May 30, 2014 at Restland Funeral Home. Graveside service will be held at 1:00 PM, Saturday, May 31, 2014 at Restland Memorial Park.
