POWELL, HARLAND WHEAT Born April 6, 1931 in Cooper, Texas and passed away May 28, 2011 in Blue Eye, Missouri. Preceded in death by his parents, Henry and Gracie Powell and a son, Michael Powell. Harland is survived by his wife, Ramona Powell; daughters, Jennifer White, Kelly Bishop, Candace Powell; and son, Terry Powell. Family will receive friends from 6:00-8:00pm, Wednesday, June 1, 2011 at Restland Funeral Home. Services will be held at 3:00pm on Thursday, June 2, 2011 at Restland Wildwood Chapel.
