Harold Brennan's Obituary
Harold was born in Kemp, Tx on November 20, 1939. He went to heaven on Sept. 21, 2011 after a long and courageous battle with brain cancer. He left behind his wife of 52 years Linda, one son Ronald Dale Brennan of Perth Australia, two beloved grandsons, Alex and his mother Lori, Christopher and his mother Deborah. Harold also left behind his sister Dorothy Wreyford of Garland, brother James Brennan of Plano, and numerous friends. He was preceded in death by one son Douglas Carl Brennan and one brother Jerry Brennan. Before becoming ill Harold was an active deacon at Northlake Baptist Church where he and Linda had been members for thirty one years. After graduating from Crozier Tech high school in Dallas, Harold spent twenty years in the U.S. Air Force. Upon retirement he had a career at EDS in Plano and another at Lennox International in Richardson. His hobby became planning vacation trips for himself and Linda. Another favorite thing was to have the whole family together for cook outs. He also loved playing dominos with friends. Family and friends visitation will be at Restland on Tuesday 6-8 pm. Service will be at Northlake Baptist Church at 1501 N. Country Club in Garland on Wednesday 10:00 am. Burial will be at DFW National Cemetery following the service.
