Harold Lee Brooks was born on July 7, 1917 in Cattaraugus, New York and passed away on November 14, 2014 in Hot Springs Arkansas. Preceded in death by his daughter, Marlene Yvonne Mills and her husband, David Clair Mills. Survived by his wife, Virginia Beatrice Albee Brooks; daughters, Donna Jean Hess and husband, Edward Hess, Marianne Elder and husband, Edmond Elder; sons, Lee and wife, Donna Sue Brooks, Paul and wife, Leigh Brooks, Hugh and wife, Graciela Brooks, Jon and wife, Dana Brooks; 19 grandchildren, David, Lori, Harold, Alicia, Amy, Michelle Assmann, Jason, Matt, Sean, Michelle Huguley, Edmond, Christie, Kyle, Joey, Raul, Monica, Silvana, Paola, Maria; 39 great grandchildren and 16 great-great grandchildren. Harold and Virginia were happily married for 75 years. Harold served in the Army in the ASA for 29 years and is a Vietnam Vet. He also was a member of the Masons for 50 years. The service for Harold Brooks will be on Saturday, November 22, 2014 at 12:00pm at The Abbey Chapel at Restland Funeral Home.
