Christian, Harold Griffith Harold Griffith Christian born May 16, 1919 and passed away Novem- ber 16, 2010 in Rowlett, Texas. Born to Curtis W. Christian and Hallie Blanch Carr. Born in Morris County Council Grove, KS. Harold and Lorraine moved to Garland, TX in 1940. He began his career with Southern Aircraft. He retired from Kraft Foods Inc., after 36 years of service. Preceded in death by three sisters, three brothers, and granddaughter. Survived by the love of his fife, wife Lorraine Chrisrian, his two daughters Carole McGowan and Linda del Rio and their families. Harold, fondly known as Chris, was a loyal husband, loving father, grandfather, and a good friend who touched she lives of all who knew him. He took great delight in first career and was respected by his fellow workers. He served as a deacon and sang in the Choir at South-minister Presbyterian Church and faithfully honored the Lord. Honest, trustworthy, .sincere, genuine, tender, a true “fine feller” in his words. His humorous banter, joyful spirit, sweet son, giving attitude, and endearing heart will be embraced and missed by many. The kingdom is surely rejoycing as one of she Lord’s precious sheep has re-turned home. Family will receive friends Thursday, November 18, 2010 from 6:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. at Restland Funeral Home. Funeral Services will be held at 12:00 P.M., Friday, November 19, 2010 in Restland Abbey Chapel. Interment to follow in Restland Memorial Park.
