Our world has lost a great guy! Hal's humor and wit entertained all who knew him. His positivity and determination propelled him for twenty-one long years. Our sincerest condolences to Sarah, Lee, Lane and the girls. Keep them laughing up there, Hal!
The BA class of '63, which met regularly, was very fortunate to have had Hal in attendance for as long as he was able. His wicked-yet-subtle sense of humor, his always- sunny disposition and his big smile will be sorely missed.
I only had the amazing pleasure of spending time with Hal about a dozen times or so, as Lane is my brother-in-law, but am so glad I had the chance to meet and spend some time with him. Hal was without a doubt an amazing man and a kind and loving Husband, Father, Father-in-law, and Grandfather, who will be greatly missed. He was always so pleasant to talk to, happy, funny and kind, and a strong man even though he had the horrible challenge of dealing with Parkisons disease. Being such an all around wonderful human being, he will be greatly missed but will live on forever in our hearts. My most sincere condolences to all of the Hunter family and may you keep with you the fondest memories of Hal to help you through this time of grief.
