81, passed away Wednesday, February 27, 2008 in Garland, TX. He is preceded in death by first wife, Dorene Stover and his brother, Merle Stover. A devout follower of Christ and member of Axe Memorial United Methodist Church, he is survived by wife, Ritchie; daughter, Sandra Balthrop and husband, Dick; son, Brian Penner; daughter, Karin Penner; grandson, David Paul Balthrop; brother, Wayne Stover and brother-in-law, Michael Cooper and wife, Andrea.
