Harry U. Crissman's Obituary
Harry U. Crissman was born September 28, 1920 in Dallas, TX and passed away July 28, 2011 in Grace Presbyterian Village in beautiful Oak Cliff, Dallas, TX. His wife, Imogene Rae Finley, his father and mother, Mary Walraven Crissman and Harrison Crissman of Dallas, all preceded him in death. He is survived by his daughter, Harriet C. Myrick of Llano, TX and Mary Hudnall of Carrollton, TX., Rev. John Patrick Feagins of San Antonio, Tom Samuel Feagins of Mason, TX, Kathryn Noel Tilton of Flower Mound are his grandchildren; and there are numerous great-grandchildren. Harry was a loving husband, father and grandfather. He was an avid sportsman, and was a member of the golf team when they won Southwest Conference. He was a mechanical engineer, and a successful Dallas businessman. He was devoted to First Presbyterian Church as a leader, an elder and a member of the choir. His example and stewardship will be remembered. Family will receive friends, August 9, 2011 at Restland Funeral Home from 6-8 p.m. Funeral service will be 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, August 10, 2011 at First Presbyterian Church of Dallas with interment to follow at 11:30 a.m. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to The Stew Pot Ministries at First Presbyterian Church in Dallas.
