Hazel Pearl Carroll's Obituary
CARROLL, HAZEL Born Oct. 11, 1926 in Mildred, Texas and passed away Feb. 27, 2008 in Garland, TX. Hazel was a long time member of New Heights Baptist Church (formerly Central Baptist) of Garland. Hazel retired from Garland Independent School District. She is preceded in death by her husband, Joe Thomas Carroll; son, Tommy Joe Carroll and daughter, Patricia Ann McAlpine. Mrs. Carroll is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Jim and Cola Carroll; daughters, Mary Kay Hodges and Rhonda Wrye; grandchildren, Chad, Joe, Mac and Blake Carroll, Rocky, Rusty and Carla Carter, Stephanie and Jesse Wrye, Amber and Aaron McAlpine; 5 great-grandchildren; sisters, Daisy Robinson, Georgia Faughtenberry, Rosie Thompson and Lili Halliday. Visitation will be held 7:00-9:00 PM, Sunday, March 2, 2008 at Restland Funeral Home. Service will be held 10:00 AM, Monday, March 3, 2008 at Restland Memorial Chapel.
