Hazel H. Cunningham's Obituary
CUNNINGHAM, HAZEL H., passed away Monday at her residence. She was a member of the Eastern Star, Delta Rho Delta Sorority (Helion Chapter 203), Past Matron Eastern Star, Helion Chapter 203, Past President of VFW Ladies Aux. Post 2494, Irving, Texas. She is survived by her sister, Faye H. Colvin; brother, George Havins; six nieces and nephews; and eleven great-nieces and nephews. Services will be held at 3:00 p.m. Friday, March 16, 2007 at Restland Abbey Chapel. Family will receive friends one hour prior to service at the chapel. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Scottish Rite Crippled Children’s Hospital, PO Box 199300, Dallas, TX 75210.
