Halliday, Hazel was born on January 14, 1919 in Devils Lake, North Dakota and passed away on December 4, 2013 in Mesquite, Texas. She is survived by her son, Craig Halliday. Family will receive friends from 6:00-8:00 PM on Monday, December 9, 2013 at Restland Funeral Home. Services will be held at 9:30 AM on Tuesday, December 10, 2013 at Restland Abbey Chapel.
