It is with great sadness that the family of Hazel Evie Neighbors announces her passing in Dallas, TX after a brief illness on Sunday, September 9th, 2018, at the age of 88 years. Hazel was born in Greenville, SC on August 26th, 1930 to Rev. Roy and Evie Gregg.Hazel will be lovingly remembered by her husband, Louie of 68 years, her two sons Jay (Kevin) and Buddy (Kim), her step-grandson Garrett Runnels, her brothers Paul (Faye), Troy (Linda), Ralph (Karen), and two sisters Orena and Martha-Jean.She was a loving wife and mother and will always be remembered as a caring and compassionate person that always put others before herself.
