Hazel L. Toberny was born on October 16, 1922 in Dallas, Texas and passed away on November 19, 2016 in Dallas, Texas. Preceded in death by first husband, Gene Ledbetter; second husband, Richard Toberny Sr.; and brother, Harold Parker. Survived by brother, Vernon Parker (Dorele); children, Lucy Johnston (Ken), Nancy Roper, Margie Barnett (Ken); step children, Toby Toberny (Jeanie), Penny Forest (Jerry); grandchildren, Audrey Johnston (Jay), Jessica Johnston, Ross Roper, Kevin Roper (Maggie); great grandchildren, Jonah, Jordan and Mia. Thanks to the many caregivers at Windsor Senior Living who made her life better. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, November 23, 2016 at Restland Funeral Home from 11:00 A.M. – 12:30 P.M. Graveside Service will be following the visitation at Restland Memorial Park at 1:00 P.M. in Mission Garden. Reception to follow graveside services in the building at the southwest corner of Greenville Avenue and Restland Road (directly across from the main funeral home) from 2:00 P.M. – 4:00 P.M. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the charity of your choice. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted into Restland Funeral Home and Memorial Park, 13005 Greenville Avenue, Dallas, Texas 75243.
